I still cannot believe how well I am doing in the nfl this year. One of the most scary, yet easiest winners on Monday night with Arizona. I have a ton of confidence right now in the nfl, so lets hope I can continue picking winners.



Cincinnati -3 vs Carolina (best bet)………….I know Cincy is not playing as well as most thought, including me. Carson Palmer just does not look anywhere near as good as he did last year. I think things change this week. I picked the Bengals to at least go to the SuperBowl this year, and I am sticking with it. I think Carson and the Bengals put it all together this week and win this one going away. I see a ton of value in only laying a field goal at home with them.

Jets -3.5 vs Detroit (best bet)………..I think the Jets are much better than they are getting credit for. I had them last week as a best bet vs the dolphins and I am on them again this week. Not only is this a play on the jets, but who are the Lions all of a sudden on the road only getting three. The jets might not kill this team, but they only have to win by four for me to cash. Again, I see a lot of value in a small home favorite this week.

Kansas City +5 vs San Diego (strong play)………..The Chargers pretty much look unbeatable lately, don’t they? Well, so did the Bears going into Monday night. Home dogs usually do very well in the nfl and KC is not as bad as they looked at all. The chargers might pull out a win in Kansas City, but I think the Chiefs can win this outright.

Pittsburgh -2.5 vs Atlanta (strong play)……….This line tells me the steelers are gong to win this game. As poorly as Ben and the Steelers have played, you have to wonder why the are the fav at Atlanta. The boys in Vegas know what they are doing. I really think Vick is due for one of his mistake filled games. This will be tough, but the steelers should win by at least a field goal here.

Buffalo +5.5 vs New England (regular play)………I am going right back with another home dog again. Bills can be tough at home and these are not the same Patriots that we used to know. Another outright win is possible. I see this game being won by a field goal either way.

Colts -9 vs Washington (regular play)………..Colts can name this score. There is just something not right with the redskins this year. They should be much better than they are. I think getting crushed at Indy this week will prove that. Colts 42-17.


OPINIONS (just for fun, no units)

Houston +10 vs Jacksonville………..Might as well take another home dog. Houston can be competitive at home and Jax seems to play at the level of their competition a lot.

Miami -5 vs Green Bay……….You have to ask yourself why are the dolphins favored over anybody? There must be a reason why they are almost a td. I think they break loose this week and win by 10-14 points.

Denver -4.5 vs Cleveland………….Not sure how many Denver scores, but I know Cleveland might not score any.

Arizona -3 vs Oakland……………….Oakland might be able to beat, let say a team of the caliber of Temple. You have got to keep going against these hapless raiders.



No Sunday night game this week. I am pretty sure I am going to be on Dallas Monday night unless I read something to change my mind. I will be back Monday morning with my MNF play.
