I have got to stop playing Monday Night Football. 0-2 again this week. Still plus for the week again and plus for the year. At least they were only regular plays.

Green Bay -3.5 vs Arizona (best bet)…………I know both teams are not very good, but I am impressed with Green Bay’s offense. I know…big deal…they beat the Dolphins last week. Miami does have a pretty good defense, especially at home and Green Bay lit them up. Of course the pack’s defense is pretty bad. Arizona sucks though. They will get their share of points against the pack, but they will give up plenty more than they score in this one. Should be a shootout with the Packers winning something like 34-24. I really like this one.

Colts +3 vs Denver (best bet)…………Yes Denver has a great defense, but they have not faced an offense like this one yet either. It is always tough to win in Denver, but I say the Colts do it this week. I don’t think Denver’s offense is that good at all and they are prone to mistakes, especially if they have to play from behind and that could easily be the case this Sunday. Just cannot pass up Indy plus a field goal. The worst as see here is getting a push. I really love both best bets this weekend.

Cincinnati -3.5 vs Atlanta (strong play)………Cincinnati was my pick to win the Superbowl this year and I am sticking with it, although the Chargers has me thinking them as well. Atlanta can play great at home as they did last week beating the Steelers, but they are at Cinny this week. Vick is due for one of his horrible games and I say it happens Sunday. I almost feel like Cincy is having a bad year, but they are 4-2 and in first in their division. I guess it shows how good they really are.

San Diego -9.5 vs St Louis (strong play)…………Despite both teams having the same record, the chargers are by far the better team here. They are a machine at home and will blow this team out Sunday. Not much else to explain here. Better team + at home = 20+ point win.

Carolina -5 vs Dallas (regular play)……….Carolina very solid at home and I get the feeling that something is not right in Dallas and playing in Carolina is not the place to find answers. Carolina by 7 or more.

Tampa Bay +9 vs NY Giants (regular play)……..How often does a team look great Monday night and it is fresh in our minds and we take them again the following week and lose? Exactly.

OPINIONS (just for fun, no units)

San Fran +16 vs Chicago…………Bears sleepwalk through this one.

New Orleans -2 vs Baltimore………I am starting to believe in this team.

Pittsburgh -9 vs Oakland……….We are all making fun of Oakland a week ago. A win against Arizona does not make them any better.

I like your Indianapolis bet but I promised myself I'm never betting against Denver at home again. I feel like the Colts can/will beat them but Denver plays at such a high level at Mile High. I am putting some action on this game, I'm taking the under. I don't see them putting up 40 points, Denver basically runs the clock the whole game and Indy isn't going to get up huge right off the back to force denver to start chucking it down field. I see this games score being 17-7. 40/Under

Also liking the Green Bay +3.5. Green is taking the loss verse Chicago out on his staff, firing his Offense Cordinator is the worse thing you can do to a team during the season. All he had to do is tell him "if we are up by 21 in the 4th RUN THE CLOCK and quit chucking it down field." Anyway, with that being said they got slaughtered by Oakland they will get slaughtered by Green Bay.

Pittsburgh -9 should make it, When Pittsburgh is superior to another team they really take it out on them. Pittsburgh is going to run up the score big, fast and quick. Oakland is horrible and is playing with thier third String QB now. I just don't see this game being very pretty from the beginning. I'm not worried about if Batch starts, IMO he his just as effective as bigben.
