Boy do I ever suck at Monday Night Football. Once again a very solid Sunday only to be followed by losing both the side and total on MNF again. At least they were only regular plays. I might have to bump them down to just opinions from now on. Tough card this week, nothing jumped out at me right away like it usually does.



Cincinnati +3 vs Baltimore (best bet)……….The NFL is a crazy game. Most people were picking Cincy to at least go to the Superbowl this year, including me. Things just not going well for them. Now that they are not playing like they should be, we might get some value with them. Baltimore is not going to run away with that division. Cincy is going to Baltimore and win this game outright. Funny things happen in the NFL.

Miami +13.5 vs Chicago (best bet)………..You really have to be crazy to take this. Miami does not have a prayer…or do they? The fish have nothing to lose in this one. And you know the dolphins are not as bad as their record. I say Bears QB’s make some mistakes and Miami battles them right into the fourth quarter in this one. If Oakland can beat Pittsburgh, then Miami can at least cover in this one. I must be nuts, but I really like this game this week.

Denver +3 vs Pittsburgh (strong play)………….I hate both teams and if there was a way for both of them to lose this week, I wish it would happen. Ben and the Steelers are just not right. I cannot imagine the Steelers offense righting themselves vs the Bronco defense. Pittsburgh can be scored on, we all know that and I look for the broncos to score just enough to win this game outright, but I will take the three just in case.

Colts +3 vs New England (strong play)……….It was just a few weeks ago that everybody was saying this in not the same Patriot team we are used to seeing. Yes they were under rated at that time, but now they are over rated in my opinion. They have not faced a offense like this one yet. Brady will points some points on the board, but just not as many as Manning will. Colts are great regular season team. I think I will wait until the playoffs to go against them.

San Diego -12.5 vs Cleveland (regular play)……….I hate laying this many in the nfl, but the chargers are a machine at home and they get the lowly browns. They can name this one. Chargers by at least 21 and probably more.

Atlanta -5 vs Detroit (regular play)……….I don’t trust Vick yet, but I cannot go against the Falcons the way they are playing. It helps getting maybe the worst team in football too. Vick due to screw up or I would make this a bigger play.

Buffalo -3 vs Green Bay………….The packers have had their little winning streak…they are not that good. Buffalo gets the hard fought win at home.

St Louis -2 vs Kansas City…………St Louis better than most people think and KC a different team on the road.

Washington +3 vs Dallas……….Skins a big disappointment this year and Dallas looked great last week. Dallas looks way to easy. Can you say trap?

New Orleans -1 vs Tampa Bay………..I am not jumping off the Saints bandwagon because of one bad game last week.



I am taking next weekend off from football. I am going to be out of town Thursday through Sunday and will just not have any time to do much. Going to get out of town and head to Chicago for something to do. Never been there, so I am really looking forward to it. I think I need a break from gambling as well even though I am winning.
