| FOR THE YEAR SO FAR BEST BETS (12-8)(+9.60 UNITS) STRONG PLAYS (14-10)(+6.00 UNITS) REGULAR PLAYS (10-18)(-9.70 UNITS) TOTAL (33-33)(+8.40UNITS) OPINIONS (12-19)(NO UNITS, JUST FOR FUN) Once again I have proven without a doubt, that I am the worst Monday Night Football handicapper that ever existed losing both the side and total once again. Will I ever learn? Probably not. TURKEY DAY!!!! Miami -3 vs Detroit (best bet)…………It feels like most people are on the Lions this week. I guess they are counting on the “old Thanksgiving Day Lion Magic” Not me. I said right before the dolphins upset the bears that they were no where near as bad as their record. Now they are playing with some confidence. Playing on the road should not hurt them. They don’t have the pressure in front of the home folks to win. The Lions have been know to get up for Turkey Day games in the past, knocking off some pretty good teams. But how can they get up for the dolphins? Miami playing much better and Detroit sucks!! What else do you need to know. It will be close, by fish should win and get the cover. Kansas City pick vs Denver (strong play)………….Denver, once again over rated this year. The Chiefs almost always play well at home. Denver’s defense will not be enough to overcome their offensive problems. I really like the KC at a pick at home. I feel like they should be a 4 point favorite or better. Denver turnovers will be the difference in this one. Tampa Bay +11 vs Dallas (opinion)……….Not putting anything on this, but since it is on Thursday, I will make a pick. Dallas has looked really good and who would not take them after they just beat the colts? There is no reason why this game should be close, but I have the feeling it will be a defensive struggle and it that is the case the points should come into play. Maybe the under might be the smarter play…then again, I suck at totals. Minnesota -6 vs Arizona (best bet)…………Arizona is really bad. They got there win (barely) last week and now must go on the road vs a hungry Viking team. Vikes are not as bad as they appear and they are due to blow somebody out. The Vikings are sick and Arizona is the medicine. Vikes by 21. St Louis -5.5 vs San Fran (strong play)………..Again, like the above game, I am going against a bad team on the road and only having to give them 5.5. I almost made this a best bet as well, but I like to limit by best bets to two a week and I have already used them. San Fran at home can be competitive, but not on the road. St Louis, like the Vikings are due for an easy one and this is the week. Colts -9 vs Philly (regular play)………..This one looks like you could put a million dollars on it, that is why I am only making it a regular play. The eagles are done for the year now and with no offense, their d will get tired real quick. You don’t want a tired D playing the colts. Colts will wear them down and eventually win by at least two td’s. New England -3 vs Chicago (regular play)…………..I still think the Bears are a little over rated. Yes they are a very good team, just not a great team. New England at home with show them that. Pats still have enough in their tank to win it all, especially if they get some games at home. OPINIONS (just for fun, no units) Oakland +13 vs San Diego………just a hunch in this one. San Diego maybe the best team right now, but how do they get up for the raiders? Raiders have a pretty decent defense and I am hoping the Chargers overlook them this week. Jets -6 vs Houston………..Another poor team playing on the road and getting less than a td. I should have made this a regular play, but something told me not to. Cincinnati -3 vs Cleveland……….Bengals finally showed up last week. I think they show up again this week. Browns might be a little down after giving last weeks game up to the Steelers. Baltimore -3 vs Pittsburgh………..No steelers fans, they are not back. Beating Cleveland does not mean very much. Playing at Baltimore is a little different. Big Ben gets picked at least twice this week. Good Luck Everybody!! |

| Bol Mark, I am not counting on the “Old Thanksgiving Day Lion Magic” (Not me either). I hate to be the bearer of bad news my friend, but, be very careful about laying -2.5 to Detroit @ home on Thanksgiving. It's not just the Karma they have on Thanksgiving Day either. Miami yes has won 3 games in a row, but, lets not fall in love with them just yet!!! In the past 3 games Miami has scored 68 pts and out of the 68 points they heve scored 3 defensive TD's which makes their offensive output just 47 points in the 3 games or an average of 15.66 PPG in the 3 game winning streak. Before the 3 game winning streak Miami had averaged 14.57 PPG. Yes they beat Chicago 31-13, but, The Bears had 6 TURNOVERS in the game and all Miami could score was 5 times??? well you do the math, You get 6 turnovers in a game and I expect to blow a team away, not just by 18 pts!!! Last week against Minnesota they won 24-20, but, hold the phone 2 of Miami's TD's were on defensive return's for TD's. I can see Detroit sneaking up on Miami tomorrow @ Detroit, I just feel we have a FALSE Favorite in this game. Mark, I hate to buck you in this game, but, Miami has NOT improved on offense in the last 3 games even tho they won all 3. How many times can you count on the defense to win a game for you in one season??? Thats 2 this year already out of 10 games. BOL with your other wagers!!! Hey Bro Have a Safe & Happy Thanksgiving!!!
