| Tonight I am liking San Francisco and Seattle to go UNDER the 40.5 pt total This might seem like a risky play but one factor that sways our decision is that one of the strongest winter rain storms is bearing on the Pacific Northwest and while it is difficult to predict landfall of the storm, there is an inch of rain in the forecastand potentially strong winds. These two teams have great running games and might be forced to use them. We all know about Seattle MVP Shaun Alexander but don't forget that San Francisco RB Frank Gore is THIRD in NFL Rushing and still has a chance at the rushing crown. Gore ran for 212 yards in the Niners 20-14 win over the Seahawks at Candlestick back on November 19th..an UNDER Yes, Seattle has played 9 of their past 11 over, but Niners have played 5 of their past six UNDER the total and are beaten up by injuries.. We are not sure SF can put up the points..Niners averaging just 13.8 on road while Seattle averages just over 25 at home.. One of the seasons heaviest Seattle rainstorms of the season could drag the total down...Its a risky play..but I think that there is value in taking Seattle/San Francisco UNDER 40.5 |

| Everyone did the same thing a few weeks ago in Seattle when it snowed and they had turnovers until the score went to 34-24 WAYYYYYYYY OVERRRRRRR the total. I am not buying it, I'll just have to lose tonight. I will say this I am going to bet small.
