they are asking all of their regular clients that pay them for their picks each day and/or week to pay them more money today before they release their picks to them

kind of like the movie Two for the Money, if you have seen than movie

all of the phone people call of their clients and try to get even more money from them than normal before they give them the "big" pick

Tommy, that is a bunch of crap. But when dealing with services, its always a bunch of crap. I don't know why they don't call them crapvices. they laugh all the way to the bank and we, not me, are left scratching our heads LOL
