The New York Daily News reports Giants TE Jeremy Shockey (hamstring) was in uniform Tuesday but didn't practice for the second straight day. WR Tim Carter (hamstring) and OLB Reggie Torbor (hip flexor) also sat out. CB Will Allen (groin) participated in some drills but not with the team. The Star Ledger adds LB T.J. Hollowell (ankle sprain), DE Eric Moore (knee sprain), C Wayne Lucier (calf strain), OL Lewis Kelly (groin), CB Antwain Spann (Achilles tendinitis), RB Derrick Ward (knee) and RB Mike Jemison did not practice Tuesday. TE Visanthe Shiancoe (knee) flew to Indianapolis Tuesday for a second opinion on his injured knee
