Default how do you cap NFLX?

i have a very serious thirst to learn this,im a good capper of all sports but preseason nfl? is it strictly trends or knowing the HCs philosophy going in and if so how do you know that?what do you look at? thanks guy! :o

to answer your question Rox.
I think the way to cap NFLX is to try to find out what the coach wants to work on. Example last night Denver wanted to work on the runnin game so i played the under.second is Quarter back Rotation. I knew indy was not going to play Peyton very much so i played the under on that too. Don't know if this helps any. BOL !!

read read and read some more. go to team websites read the papers. watch the news. find people on forums that are in the teams area alot of work for a litle gain

yeah the main thing i go on to cap nfl preseason is the local papers....they give you a feel for who is going to play and how much, and what the gameplan appears to be for the team...they usually will tell you whether the coach is looking to evaluate his WRs, or RB depth, etc, so that will give you a good idea of what the team will attempt to work on during the game. Also, its important to know the depth of each team since the starters don't play the whole game, most of the time you end up betting on bench players vs other bench players
