Starting line was -12 and has dropped to -10 Maimi Ohio. Makes sense because there is more action on Cincy + the number.

Im taking Cinnci in this one. This is an In-State rivalry. I always take the dog in an in state rivalry game, I think everyone comes out and plays a little bigger with so much at stake.
