After the horrible week last week on NFL, i actually like a couple of my picks these week... heavy loss on tennis and basketball have limited my wallet to just 1 unit each...

Steelers -3 (1.5 unit)
Miami ML
Arizona +9.5
Panthers -3
Raiders +6

My fav this week is Steelers -3 !!!

Thanks, Tommy... i really need to get back to my winning form real quick... at the rate i'm losing in the past week, i'll be eating dirt and drinking seawater, sleeping somewhere near the train station with nothing to cover by Christmas... that's how bad i'm doing !

Hey Sam, That doesn't sound good brother. If it is that bad I would think about taking a break. Gambling can destroy your life if you let it. Don't go that route my man. I'm not telling you what to do or anything, but make sure after you place your bets, you got some cash in your pocket to live.

Thanks Tommy... Really appreciate your advice...

It's just miserable for me too look back over the whole 2005 year and see the reacord that i'm minus nearly 200 units !!! Even with advices from other great cappers like Happy, Dul, QN, Wig, Eagles, Naught and many others....

I'm terrible...

It's just shameful... i usually bet like 2-3 units on each match... but when the confident one comes, i went like 70 Units on a match and it ended up losing !

"no discipline..." really wish somebody could teach me on how to be disciplined in capping... but i guess these things come over time...

My target over the next year is to recover the loss i'm made this year...

Wish me luck, guyz...

hey sam, yeah i know how frustrating it can be, its all ups and downs...just gotta learn how to limit the losses and not chase..its so easy when u lose to want to throw more money on something else to get it back, just be selective and be good w your $$ management and youll be fine..we have greatr cappers here to help anytime and we are all here t ohelp each other buddy!

Another terrible day... ended up putting another unit on Miami... (I obviously missed out Naught's prematch comment on this one)
