Default Looking To Go 10-0 Again On Playoff Sides. Unlikely, But I'll Try.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hello forum members. I just happened to find this site searching for something on yahoo. Hopefully Ill find some guys and gals from other sites I have been on, in here.

Last year I went 10-0 on sides, finshing at 10-1 on the playoffs including losing the superbowl. This was when I was at BTB before they were shut down. Any members here now, that were over at BTB, can verify this playoff run I had last year.

While it is unlikely, to go 10-0 again, I expect to hit at least 7 of the 10 playoff sides. No guarantee but we'll see.

This week we have the Wild Card plays. Many of the lines are way off, as far as I see it.

Lets get right to it.

(Saturday)The ONLY way to look at this game is simply that TB has a rookie qb and in most cases they dont do so well in playoffs. Last year I bet against Pitt and won both times. We have a different type of matchup here though in this game. There isnt any big over-achieving play by Simms. He is doing what Gruden LETS him do. And doing it effectively. Cadillac is running better than any rookie in the NFL and that will be they key here for a win by TB. But last year, the Steelers were favored by a large poinstspread over the Jets, as were the Chargers. Difference here is the spread is very small for TB and winning and covering will both happen. NONE of the NFC teams really dominate like LY when Philly was such as good team, so TY, games will be decided by turnovers and thats where I see TB having the edge.

My Play. Tampa -2.5 and (over the 37) Skins fall short.

(Saturday) New England on its worst day, is better than any team that J'ville can put on the field in New England. Brady will beat them all day, all over the field. Running game for Pats will play well against J'ville and even if Lefty(Leftwich) plays for J'ville he wont be sharp after his injury. Garrard wont be any good if he plays qb either. Pats defense will shut them down. The line is 7.5 and thats what it should be for ther first half.

Patriots by 17 and (under the 37)

(SUNDAY) Carolina has been on a run since LY when they had a hundred injuries. They finished that season with 6 wins in their last 8 games. They CLEARLY are a better team than the Giants. Manning will NOT be able to overcome the Carolina defense, and the Giants will really have to run that ball well to stay in this. Barber will be contained and that alone will spell LOSS for NY. The true spread for this game is flipped. Thats only because its in New York. Carolina should be the favorite by 3, IMO. I see the Panthers scoring in every qtr, and thats what NY wont be able to do against the 'D' of Carolina.

Carolina by 6. and (under 43.5)

No longer is the Steeler team a division champ. The new kid on the block is Carson Palmer. Earlier in this season, I said that the Steelers lost their best reciever to the Giants and it would hurt them. It did. So much so, that they are no longer an offensive threat. Just averaging 22 pts a game on the road makes for a bad play here in Cincy. If they didnt score 41 in Cleveland, they would have an average of less than 20! They only scored 18 in Minny.
Carson has a slight groin injury but he wont be running the ball.
Cincinnati by 7 at HOME! and (under 46)

Thanks guys.

QuickNick...
I was at No-"Covers" long, long ago. Was banned, they didnt want winners.( basically told them to screw themselves during disputes with children on the site.)

Was at burythebook, they shut down the site for reasons unknown.

At sportsdegenerates also...and now here, and a nice site for sure.

Fondybadger knows me from both sites. He's here too at Sportscapperisland.

These plays I have for this weekend were sent to Boston radio "1510The Zone" today. They may post them on the air today. LY they posted with the Superbowl Play.

I was at covers also and I saw a lot of things going on with childish behavior also and faded away from there. I probably saw you there before. Anyway, we are glad to have you here and look forward to some winners from you!!!

man that tb game was tough to swallow...tb handed wash 14 points, the wash offense did nothing all game and tb still lost...guess you gotta give the skins some credit..hopefully we will hit the rest of the plays though, BOL buddy, and feel free to bring anyone else to this site who might be interested in sharing winners!

Guys and gals.

Thanks for the feedback. We know who won the TB game, it just wasnt on the scorebaord.

Too Bad for the two(2) turnovers in the first qtr that the skins scored on. Also 5 deflected passes from Simms killed potential scores which affected the over and the win. At worst if the game gets tied, the total pushes and possible a win.

I was right about turnovers having an outcome on this game, but I was unfortunate to have it happen to TB. Ya win some and lose some, thats football.

There is ALWAYS good with the bad. The skins only had 120 yards of offense for the game and won ONLY because of the TO's. I'll keep that in mind when I cap next weeks plays.

I'm looking for better results tomorrow for sure!

I'll be rolling the totals and teams into a 4 team parlay(1 unit) along with my usual straight bets(5 units) on the teams. Next week the bets increase if the two cash tomorrow.
