|  Kansas City Chiefs News Chiefs sign CB Chris Johnson 04/18/06 11:55:04 PM CDT Kansas City, MO (Sports Network) - The Kansas City Chiefs agreed to terms on a two-year contract with free agent cornerback Chris Johnson on Tuesday. No other terms of the agreement were made available. Johnson spent last season with the St. Louis Rams, appearing in 14 games with one start. He made 25 tackles and forced one fumble while also returning 38 kickoffs for 857 yards and a score. Johnson originally entered the NFL as the first of Green Bay's four seventh- round draft choices (245th overall) in 2003. He was acquired by St. Louis in a 2005 trade with Green Bay in exchange for linebacker Robert Thomas. |
