Default Rate your favorite team's draft?

Well, lets get this started. My team is the Titans, yes, the Tennessee Titans, who had a brutal year last yr, largely due to injuries and have had a rough off season losing key veterans Samari Rolle, Andre Dyson, Kevin Carter, Derrick Mason, etc. The draft was important for the titans this offseason, lets see how they did!

Here is who the Titans drafted

Adam Jones CB WEST VIRGINIA
Michael Roos OT EASTERN WASHINGTON
Courtney Roby WR INDIANA
Brandon Jones WR OKLAHOMA
Vincent Fuller CB VIRGINIA TECH
David Stewart OT MISSISSIPPI STATE
Roydell Williams WR TULANE
Damien Nash RB MISSOURI
Daniel Loper OT TEXAS TECH
Bo Scaife TE TEXAS
Reynaldo Hill CB FLORIDA

Overall, the Titans had a good draft from my perspective. They needed a stud CB to replace the departed starting corners Rolle and Dyson, and they got that in "Pac-Man" Jones. He might be a little short, but what he lacks in height he makes up for in speed and desire, he is a tough little SOB. His speed should help him as he will be able to be more physical at the line due to his recovery speed. WR was also a major need of the Titans as they only had Bennett and Calico (returning from a major knee injury last yr) and needed depth behind them. Getting Roydell Williams was a major steal. His value dropped not because of his talent, but because he didn't run the 40 for the scouts. He put up huge numbers when JP Losman (now w the bills) was at QB for Tulane, and continued to do so last yr with little talent around him. He has good size and hands and likely will win the 3rd WR spot. Courtney Roby has good speed and is a solid WR who will battle Roydell for the 3rd spot, and Brandon Jones will likely be an underneath guy. OT's Roos and Loper will provide much needed depth for an aging OL. Vincent Fuller and Reynaldo Hill will help bolster the titans secondary, while RB Damien Nash will provide relief for Chris Brown. TE wasn't a need for the Titans with veteran Erron Kinney, and 2nd yr pro Ben Troupe, who should have a big year this yr, but they couldn't pass up on Bo Scaife when he fell to them. This guy is a big time talent who was Vince Young's security blanket while at texas. He should be able to contribute right away, and be a Frank Wycheck kind of target for Steve Mcnair.

Overall, the Titans addressed their needs well. Would have liked to have seen them draft another RB possibly, but they do have Jarrett Payton who is in NFL Europe, and are contemplating a trade for disgruntled bill Travis Henry. Grade, B+

I didnt think the Eagles helped there cause by the draft at all to tell you the truth, but only time will tell on these young guys. Eagles didnt have a good draft pick to boot either. Owens, Simon, and Westbrook havent signed yet because they are unhappy with there contracts and its making me a little nervous, thats 3 key players there, 2 major on offensive, and a key player on D. They need to sign these 3 ASAP IMHO. I think so far in the off season the NFC still sucks, so the Eagles have a good chance to go far into the playoffs again I believe

Yeah Tommy, the eagles will get those guys signed I believe, Simon is the only one who might possibly get away although I doubt it. Owens would worry me a little bit, he has been running his mouth too much and is going to become a distraction I think. If they can't shut him up he is going to become a cancer to that team. You are right about the NFC, not too many teams have been active, but ATL has gotten better, I forget who else they signed but they got Hartwell from the Ravens and someone else I can't remember and got Roddy White from UAB among others in the draft. Also, AZ has had a huge offseason, and if Warner can be at all competent (which he was 4-1 first 5 games in ny last yr) they can win that division.
