We like a play on the Pittsburgh at Florida NHL game in FloridaPittsburgh even with the phenom Sidney Crosby have stopped filling
the net and come off two straight losses to the Tampa Bay Lightning
including game one of a road trip. Normally it’s not wise to bet on
a team playing their first game back from a road trip, but we think there
is a reason to. We love playing against a Pittsburgh team that is playing on
back to back nights while Florida has had three nights off..
Its also a Florida Panthers team that is coming off a
winless three game road trip and returning to their home rink where they
have at least a point in their past four straight home games at the Bank American Centercompared to an abysmal 5-12-7 road mark. We fully expect Florida to
want this one bad to get back on the winning track..and look for Florida
to start Ed Belfour in goal. Eddie the Eagle has not only won five straight
games against the Penguins but has won 9 of his last 10 vs the Penguins and
in those five straight wins…Belfour has surrendered just 8 goals
