Detroit Red Wings -280 over Phoenix Coyotes (NHL)

Sens are leagues above Isles, they put up 10 on the Sabres the other night. Islanders have one line and a few sparse players. Decent penalty killing. Senators too much here. Hasek back in the cage tonight, almost unbeatable so far this season.

Wings bounceback game here. Phoenix off an impressive home outing against LA Kings (who seem to be slumping recently). Red Wings are likely to have Legace back in the cage tonight, if not Osgood should put in a better performance than he did vs Edmonton in their last home game. Just don't like the odds of hte Wings dropping 2 straight at home here. I'll bite on the Wings tonight in this spot.

Most of the reasons I've outlined above the Spezza/Alfredsson/Heatley line will run rampant tonight, the scorers for the Pens lit up the checking line of Mike York the other night (he was -3 in that game alone). These guys are much too quick to be checked and should be dominant tonight. Dipietro I have little faith in thus my bets tonight. Dominik has been unbeatable. Team has all advantages over the Isles. Better O, D and G
