Sidney's Emerald: Raced sixth early, steadied, dropped back to seventh more than 2 1/2 lengths behind after a half-mile, boxed in, angled out in upper stretch, brushed with third-place finisher, rallied from fourth making up more than a length and lost by a neck at a mile on Feb. 10.

Champchu: Bumped at break, dropped back from sixth to seventh more than four lengths behind after a half-mile, rallied wide from fourth in stretch, made up more than 3 3/4 lengths and lost by three-quarters of length at six furlongs on Jan. 28.

Ok to Pay: Chased pace outside in fourth more than five lengths behind after a half-mile, angled out in stretch, closed fast to make up nearly 6 1/2 lengths and lost by a head at six furlongs on Jan. 22. (Pressed pace from outside a half-length behind after a half-mile, increased margin in second in stretch, weakened in stretch, but held place at six furlongs on Feb. 19.)

Compassionate Boy: Broke seventh from the 11th post, raced greenly 11 1/2 lengths behind in 11th after a half-mile, came wide into stretch, closed fast from seventh to make up more than five lengths and lost by a length at six furlongs on a sealed muddy track Jan. 14. (Tracked pace three lengths behind in third, advanced to second after six furlongs, but couldn't close gap on winner and finished 3 1/4 lengths ahead of third-place finisher at 1 1/16 miles on a wet fast track Feb. 4.)

Trippi's Storm: Hesitated at break, raced eighth early, inched up to seventh more than five lengths behind after a half-mile, advanced four wide around turn to fourth entering stretch, bumped with winner at eighth pole and lost by three-quarters of a length at seven furlongs on Feb. 18.

Nacascolo: Chased pace inside more than four lengths behind after three-eighths of a mile, eased out in stretch while losing ground, closed fast to make up nearly four lengths and lost by a neck at five furlongs on the turf Feb. 11.

Megapunch: Tracked pace along inside more than 2 1/2 lengths behind in third after a half-mile, lost ground angling outside leaders for drive, made up more than three lengths and was nosed out at six furlongs on a sealed sloppy surface Feb. 4.

Access Agenda: Bumped, jostled between rivals at break, trailed early, inched up to 11th more that 11ᄑ lengths behind after a half-mile, saved ground into stretch, rallied from sixth along rail, made up four lengths and lost by a neck and head at 1 1/16 miles on the turf Jan. 27.

Delmarva: Broke alertly, drifted out on first turn, led by 1 1/2 lengths after a half-mile, angled back in to increase margin to 2 1/2 lengths in stretch, hit rail at eighth pole, drifted back out, bumped with winner nearing finish line and was nosed out at 1 1/16 miles on the turf Jan. 25. (Tracked pace three lengths behind in fifth after a half-mile, moved up to reach leader on far turn, gained leader by a head in stretch, continued gamely and was edged by fast closing winner by three-quarters of a length at 1 1/16 miles on the turf Feb. 19.)

Zipper Zipper De: Broke awkwardly, raced fourth early, dropped back to fifth more than two lengths behind after a half-mile, steadied in tight quarters soon after entering turn, rallied from fourth in stretch and gained second by a length at seven furlongs on Jan. 21. (Raced 5 1/2 lengths behind in third after a half-mile, rallied to take off inside eighth pole, opened a clear lead and held on to prevail by a half-length at six furlongs on Feb. 9.)

Spring House: Trailed by more than 14 1/2 lengths after a half-mile, swung out in ninth for the drive, closed fast to make up more than six lengths and lost by a neck at a mile on the turf Jan. 21.

Mattingly: Bumped hard by rival at break, raced eighth more than nine lengths behind after a half-mile, angled out for the drive, closed fast from fifth to make up four lengths in stretch and gained second by 1 1/4 lengths at a mile on Jan. 15. (Raced three lengths behind in sixth after a half-mile, advanced three wide on far turn to second entering stretch and weakened to third at 1 1/8 miles on Feb. 17; returned $9.40 for show.)

Hotstufanthensome: Tracked pace 1 1/2 lengths behind in fourth after a half-mile, edged up to third after six furlongs, lost ground three wide entering stretch, rallied from fourth to make up 1 1/2 lengths and lost by a neck at 1 1/16 miles on the turf Jan. 8.

War Front: Pressed pace along rail early, dropped back from second to fourth when caught in tight quarters 1 1/2 lengths behind after a half-mile, angled out for drive, closed very fast running final quarter of six furlongs in 22 3/5, made up nearly 2 1/2 lengths and lost by a neck on Jan. 7. (Dueled along inside for lead, headed after a half-mile, came back to draw clear inside the eighth pole, but couldn't hold off winner and lost by a length at 6 1/2 furlongs on a good surface Feb. 5.)

Cherokee Breeze: Broke slowly, raced seventh early, moved up to fifth more than three lengths behind after a half-mile, saved ground into stretch and closed to gain second by a length at a mile on Jan. 16. (Stalked pace three lengths behind three wide in third after a half-mile, advanced to second, couldn't catch winner, but held place by a half-length at 1 1/8 miles on Feb. 6.)

LAUREL PARK

Civil Rights: Saved ground racing seventh more than 9 1/2 lengths behind after a half-mile, angled out on far turn, advanced three wide into stretch, blocked behind rivals in fourth in final furlong, checked late and lost by a half-length and neck at a mile on Feb. 17; appeared more than likely the best.

Easy Way: Broke next to last, advanced to 10th more than 20 lengths behind after a half-mile, advanced steadily to fourth angling out for drive, made up more than 4 1/2 lengths in stretch and lost by 1 1/2 lengths at a mile on a sealed sloppy surface Feb. 4. (Rated inside more than six lengths behind in sixth after a half-mile, split rivals leaving five-sixteenths marker, gained short lead in upper stretch, turned back challenge near sixteenth pole and prevailed by 1 1/4 lengths at 1 1/8 miles on Feb. 19.)

Charming Jim: Raced seventh more than a dozen lengths behind after a half-mile, trapped behind horses entering stretch, swung out mid-stretch, rallied from fourth to make up more than four lengths and gained second by a head at 5 1/2 furlongs on Jan. 8.

OAKLAWN PARK

Chases Comet: Pressed pace early in second, dropped back to third 3 1/2 lengths behind after a half-mile, encountered traffic on far turn, dropped back to fourth, steadied before entering stretch, waited to get clear and finished willingly to gain second by 1 3/4 lengths at 1 1/16 miles on Feb. 17.

Jet Angel: Raced seventh early, moved up inside to fourth 4 1/2 lengths behind after a half-mile, rallied to make up three lengths in stretch and lost by a half-length at six furlongs on Feb. 9.

I'majoanietoo: Raced 13 lengths behind in eighth after a half-mile, came six wide into stretch, rallied from fourth to make up 3 1/2 lengths and lost by a neck at 1 1/16 miles on Jan. 29. (Chased pace early in sixth, dropped back to seventh more than 5 1/2 lengths behind after a half-mile, finished willingly to make up nearly four lengths in stretch and lost by a neck at 1 1/16 miles on Feb. 12.)

Eishin Illini Now: Pressed pace in third after a half-mile, dropped back to fifth after six furlongs, rallied four wide to make up 2 1/2 lengths in stretch and lost by a neck at 1 1/16 miles on Dec. 14 at Hawthorne. (Raced seven lengths behind in fifth after a half-mile, moved up four wide on far turn, made up 2 1/2 lengths in the stretch and collared leader quite late to prevail by a neck at 1 1/16 miles on a good surface Jan. 29.)

PHILADELPHIA PARK

Splinter One: Trailed by more than eight lengths after three-eighths of a mile, saved ground while advancing to third and splitting foes in stretch, closed well to make nearly 3 1/2 lengths and lost by a neck at 5 1/2 furlongs on Feb. 11.

Mr. Snippington: Raced fifth between rivals more than 3 1/2 lengths behind after a half-mile, fell back on turn, eased out for drive, rallied from fourth in stretch to make up more than 4 1/2 lengths and lost by a half-length at 6 1/2 furlongs on Jan. 29.

Notimetoquit: Saved ground tracking pace in fourth after three-sixteenths of a mile, blocked and forced to race under steadying restraint from midway on turn, split foes while advancing from third in stretch, made up 1 1/2 lengths and lost by a neck at five furlongs on Jan. 22.

Sublet: Bumped, squeezed back at break, raced 11th early, inched up to 10th more than 4 1/2 lengths behind after a half-mile, waited in tight quarters leaving far turn, rallied three deep from sixth in stretch, made up more than 2 3/4 lengths and lost second by a head at 1 1/8 miles on the grass Jan. 21.

Seastate: Hopped at start, raced 10th off rail more than 7 1/2 lengths behind after a half-mile, came three deep into stretch in sixth, steadied at sixteenth pole and lost second by a half length at 6 1/2 furlongs on the turf Jan. 7.

Notre Dame: Off a bit slowly, raced sixth off rail 6 1/2 lengths behind after a half-mile, came out in stretch, closed willingly from fourth to make up two lengths and was nosed out at 6 1/2 furlongs on Jan. 5.
