ONE DAY EVENT


General Rules

Players will start with 10,000 in tournament chips.

Each Level will last Forty (40) minutes.

On-Site Registration for this event will be held in the Poker Room
- Saturday, July 26: 4PM until 2AM
- Sunday, July 27: 8AM until the end of Level 2 of this event

Players may enter until the end of Level 2 for this event. Alternates will be taken during the first two Levels.

Players that enter the tournament after play has begun and have a stack placed on table will have the equivalent of the small blind removed from their stack for every twenty minutes that has elapsed.

Ten minute break after every two Levels.

Thirty (30) minute dinner break after Level 10.

One (1) out of every thirty (30) players will win the $30,000 ULTIMATE PRIZE PACKAGE, which includes: $10,000 entry to play in the Borgata Poker Open - Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa (September 21 - 25, 2008); $10,000 CASH for entry to play in the WPT North American Poker Championship - Niagara Fallsview Casino(October 10 - 16, 2008); and $10,000 CASH for entry to play in the WPT Foxwoods World Poker Finals - Foxwoods Resort Casino (November 5 - 11, 2008).

After all available Ultimate Prize Packages are awarded, remaining prize pool to be distributed as Borgata Poker Open 2008 entries per $10,000.

After all available entries are awarded the next place finisher will receive the remaining balance in cash via Winner's Letter.

Borgata Poker Open entries are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-negotiable.

In order to protect the integrity of the tournament, Borgata reserves the right to break tables in non-sequential order, to redraw the tournament at any time without prior notice and to take the following actions with regard to any player(s) thought to be in collusion: 1) issuing a warning to the player(s); 2) restricting the player(s) from playing certain hands; 3) forfeiting the player(s) from the tournament; and/or 4) taking any further action that Borgata deems appropriate to address the situation.

Tournament Director or Floor decisions are final and without recourse.

Borgata Management reserves the right to alter, change or cancel this tournament. Borgata will not be held responsible in the event of typographical errors or misinformation on the website or printed material pertaining to this event, and players will have not claim in these matters.

The Super Satellite is a ONE DAY EVENT.

Seating may be limited.
