Default Whats a UNIT ?

So whats a unit of play ? I see posts where a play is 1 unit or 5 units or what ever.. but what is that monetary??

Me.. I post my dollar amts..all my plays are 100 based.. but if someone is putting 1 UNIT on odds of -250 and 1 unit on odds of -300 what does that mean ?? if one wins and 1 looses you lost a unit ?? I have problems following this math sometimes..

Can someone please explain the unit math ??

I post all my plays with $ amts is that bad ??

Hey David, a unit is symbolized as a dollar amount you play from 1-10 or whatever, just say 1 unit is= to $100 so when you post the unit, its pretty much to win on a fav or lay on a dog, at least for me it is.

So for me for example 1*=$100 and I play Sharapova at -150, I would lay $150 to win the 1 unit=100$ and for a dog say Sharapova +150, I would lay 1*=$100 to win 150$ so if I layed 1*=$100 and won I would win 1.5*=$150 on the dog.

Say for instance you play Guga -130 for 2* and your 1* unit= $100, then you would lay $260 to win $200 so the units would be simply 2.60*Units to win 2.00

Say for instance you play Guga at +130 for 2* and your 1*unit=$100, then you would lay $200 to win $260, units wouls be 2.00* to win 2.60*

I have my units like this (a fav is to win) and (a dog is to lay)

Hope this helps

ok thanks i was a bit confused when it came to they laying and winning amounts...

ill try posting something like that starting next week.. I havent been the best at tracking my plays from week to week here.. ( i now at the end of every week i make a nice withdraw from 5 dimes ) ..so am tying to figure out a solid method for tracking / posting purposes.

Thanks
