| http://sports.yahoo.com/sow/news?slu...ters&type=lgns OSLO, July 25 (Reuters) - Rosenborg Trondheim's dreams of winning the Norwegian league title for a record 14th year in a row are evaporating after the their worst run since the 1970s has left them half way down the table. Rosenborg lost 1-2 to lowly Alesund on Sunday in one of the season's biggest upsets for a team used to swatting aside Norwegian challengers and making almost annual appearances in the Champions League. "We haven't been talking about gold at Rosenborg since the spring season," coach Per Joar Hansen said of his team's chances of extending a winning streak that began in 1992. Rosenborg slipped to eighth from seventh on Sunday with 18 points from 14 games of the 26-match championship. They have not been so low in the table at this stage of the season since 1979, spokesman Harald Pedersen said. Nothing last forever... Rosenborg has won 13 straight Norweigan crowns and now they sit 8th in the table. I post this because this might be a good team to bet on over the next little while... the media is starting to drill this team and it should be enough to give them a nice kick in the ass... still a great team. As long as they have Frode I'm sure they can always find a way. B
