Also, if Dent would dedicate himself (get in bloody shape, did you see the size of him?) i think, call me crazy, he could be top 10 in th eworld. No one plays liek him, he comes in on everything. HE HAD Lleyton, Hewitt survived.

Coria to win US Open this year ??? Umm... i think not, bro. Look at the remaining players in this tourney and tell me how on earth he's gonna win against Andre or Fed, or even his next round opponent (Richie or Gin)... With the form he played against Massu today, he'll be out of NY in no time...
That is why the odds on him were 71/1. Now they are just 60/1 at best! There was value in that for me. If you find value in FEDEX @ 1.44 it is you choice. As far as it goes all favs have trouble where they should not have at all! Federer will have to playe Hewitt or Nalbandian if I am not mistaken and it will not be easy in any of them. On the other side Richie and Gin will ahve a tough and long one (4-5 sets I guess) and Andre... hmmm I am not sure he can play another 5 sets! So final is in reach.

As I said, my $7 cost nothing, but can bring me 400. Bet for fun if nothing else

well we get AA/Blake on wed, wow, what a matchup...the winner of that one is going to the finals....and gonna win it all!!! i think blake is playing the best tennis of anyone in this tourney right now, so wouldnt be surprised to see him beat andre, even though im rooting for AA in a good match...

Once again, I COMPLETELY agree. Dent is emerging as one of my favorite guys. He's so bloody physical. I love that in a player. Even with all the passing shots Hewitt was throwing at him he still approached over 165 times. For a big guy that's VERY impressive given his advancement in this tourney and the heat to boot. Really like Taylor, he's coming along nicely.

Like you said George, if his conditioning was a little better he has all the tools to be a threat time and time again. HUGE serve, and outstanding touches at the net. His head seems to take him out of it at times too and he gets very lackadasical. When focused we've seen what he is capable of against Hewitt. Up 2-1 sets.. Hewitt's persistance overcame Dent's physical conditioning.

Still not bad for Dent notching 141mph deep into the 5th set. Now if only his body would show those signs of life deep into matches

yeah dent has the ability just needs to improve on his fitness....kind of worries me he had to pull out of that tourney a few weeks ago in the final no less...but he def does play a refreshing brand of tennis these days, if he would really dedicate himself could be a good player

"majors", plural? wow....he can only win Roland Garros. He's no threat to win Wimby, US, Aussie, IMHO. And now with Nadal, and his servign problems (ever since the shoulder surfury, dont you think he has lost speed on his serve), goin' to be tough for him to win RG, once , let alone more than once.....

he can't win wimbledon agreed, but he is definately capable of winning a major on a HC IMO...that serve just hurts him so much, if he would improve it he would have a chance...i mean if he served decent he would be in the semis of the US OPEN this yr
