| Champions League returns: Tuesday: 4* Schalke +1/2 -125 over PSV Eindhoven (Champions League) Schalke are appealing bet today because they're full squad as last term with likes of Lincoln & Sand in attack, this side can score and maintain good defense. Eindhoven are hauling out 1 goal wins in domestic games but have lost their elite status in that league with loss of v Bommel, Park, Lee & Vogel. New signings Ball & Kone are ineligible. PSV will rely on Hesselink and Jefferson Farfan for offense. This PSV side won't be in the semi-finals this year and I look at them as dogs to win the Dutch crown (Ajax). This match lines up as a close contest with possible draw/under. I don't expect PSV to score a lot here, they're no longer that explosive, nor do they have the quickness & experience they had last year. Giving edge to Schalke here, playing in division with Milan, Fenerbache & Eindhoven will mean they must get some form of points here even if draw. I give edge to Schalke here based on lineups and recent form. GL! B
