Inter Milan coach Rafael Benitez has plenty of injury concerns heading into Sunday’s match at Cagliari. Argentinian striker Diego Milito is sidelined with a muscular problem while McDonald Mariga, David Suazo, Goran Pandev and Esteban Cambiasso are also on the injury list. But Inter captain Javier Zanetti is confident the team can return to winning ways in Sardinia, even in the absence of so many key players.
