After taking a long look at all the matches on tonight, dun see a clear winner from any of the cards. No play today. I like the approach where there's no need to take unnecessary risk...

BARTOLI to beat Dechy @ 1.90 [2 units]

Bartoli began this year so well, reaching the final at Auckland. While Dechy had lost in first round of both the tournaments this year. Bartoli's confidence and momentum should be enuf to see her thru this one.

Dunno how the book put her as the dog here. Laine has not gone pass second round in any tourney since last August. Plus, she's a quitter who rarely comes back from a set down, so i expect a SS win here for Mara.

SUAREZ to beat Bammer @ 1.72 [8 units]
X-Top15 in the world finally found form after her injury last year. Romped Vera last round and dun see how she can't repeat it again with 'nothing fancy' Bammer.

Stupid Sant gave up the second set... was serving for the set to tie up the match, *5-1... then turned the ship somehow to lose the next 6 straight games.... 1-6, 5-7 ... Stupid WTA !!!

1-1-1 for the day so far... Suarez should hv won if she hadn't twisted her ankle and gave up. Kostanic did make us sweat a little in the end... she was up 4-2 in the final set, before trailing 4-5... but of cuz, came back and win 7-5 ~ :D

Need Kim to resurrect a bit of pride here...

Czink -155 over Bammer

going on the basis that Bammer would have been steam rolled had Suarez not retired, and has to go to Qualifying for Antwerp today or tomorrow.

Czink with a nice comeback over Bychkova and i feel her momentum carries her thru to the Semi-Finals
