| GL man, you're right about the amount of tennis Ferrer has been playing. Fernando needs a strong result on the surface. B

| GL tommy but im on the other side of this one. Ferrer has been in better form than verdasco thus far on the year not to mention this will be like a davis cup match with ferrer being the home crowd favorite.

Both were born in Spain, Ferrer lives in Velencia and Verdasco lives in Madrid, I dont see the crowd having a civil war all of a sudden But your right, I am going against the grain here, Ferrer has been in good form, but Verdasco beat Ferrer last year pretty handily, both had good form then because it was in the quarterfinals of Valencia. Also, Ferrer has only played here for the last 2 years and lost both in the first round to Portas, who hasnt been good for about 10 years LOL and Todd Martin last year | |
