Locking this in early. San Diego and Cincinnati continue their series and we’re on the Padres. San Diego sends out Lucas Giolito, who makes his 5th start of the campaign. He owns a 2-1 record and will continue to get stronger and stronger as he gets more stretched out. Chase Burns counters and while he’s been the ace of this staff, this is going to be a tough lineup for him to face. San Diego is deep and has a lot of potential to rack up pitch counts. Back the Padres. Ray’s daily FREE plays are meant to be smaller bankroll plays. Money management is everything in this game, and these freebies are designed to keep you moving in the right direction. Today's FREE selection is a strong lean on the PADRES ML. The number makes sense, the spot is right, and it’s a play worth taking. You know what to do. Good luck — Razor Ray.

FRANK’S CUTTING ROOM FLOOR FOR TUESDAY, 6/9:
My “Cutting Room Floor” plays are the situations I considered the closest to being worthy of investment but did not make the “final cut” for my official plays today for subscribers. The last play I cut for Tuesday is with the Carolina Hurricanes with the money-line versus the Vegas Golden Knights in Game Four of the Stanley Cup Finals. Carolina (66-24-8) trails 2-1 in this best-of-seven series after a 5-4 loss in double-overtime on Saturday. The Hurricanes have won 6 straight Game Fours in a playoff series — and five of those games were played on the road. They have also won 25 of their last 40 games on the road when favored. Vegas (53-30-18) has won eight of their last nine games — but they have lost 3 of their last 5 playoff games at home when leading in the series. The Golden Knights have also lost 3 of their last 5 home games when priced as a money-line underdog. Take Carolina with the money-line. Best of luck — Frank.
Frank Sawyer’s Hollywood Sports’ 17 of 18 (94%) NHL run kept going by CA$HING the Vegas-Carolina Over in Game Two of the Stanley Cup Finals on Thursday to fuel their 28 of 33 (85%) NHL playoff mark with featured 25*/20*/10* plays! Frank passed on Game Three on Saturday — but now he furthers his 17 of 19 (89%) NHL TOTALS TEAR in the playoffs and his 14 of 15 (93%) NHL Game of the Year/Month mark with his 25* NHL Tuesday TV Total of the Year for the Carolina-Vegas O/U winner on ABC-TV at 8:10 PM ET! Dave's Tuesday Free Play:
1* on Houston Astros -120
The Key: The Houston Astros are as healthy as they have been in a long time recently getting both Jose Altuve and Josh Hader back. They have scored at least 4 runs in 12 of their last 15 contests. The Angels are one of the worst teams in the majors this season at 25-42 on the year. Kai-Wei Teng is 3-4 with a 3.06 ERA this year for the Astros and 1-2 with a 2.57 ERA on the road. He has yielded only 16 ER in 47 innings overall and 6 ER in 21 innings on the road. I like the price we are getting on Teng and the Astros tonight. Take Houston.

Doc's Sports
Free World Cup Soccer Play from Doc’s Sports. Take Germany -3.5 GL over Curacao (1 p.m. EST, Sunday June 14) The expanded World Cup has 16 more sides at 48 compared to the 32 that competed in the past. Therefore, there will be a major talent disparity in some matchups. This is one of those matchups. A major change is that goal differential is not the main tiebreaker for the knockout stage. If two teams are tied on points, the first tiebreaker will be head-to- head matchups. This eliminates the need for clubs to run up the score, so we think there will be a lack of blowouts in this tournament. However, we do think this one will be ugly, as even the German subs will be taking target practice late against Curacao. The tiny island nation is playing in its first World Cup and is just happy to be here. This is the smallest nation ever to qualify for the big tournament. They will likely be embarrassed here, however. They will have a better chance for a little national pride in matches against Ivory Coast and Ecuador in Group E matches, but that probably means just scoring a goal, which is unlikely here against the German giants. Curacao looked horrible in their World Cup warmups, as they lost to China, Australia and Scotland with a goal differential of -9 (as of this writing, with one more warm up match). Germany is head and shoulders above those sides, and they should win this one by four or five goals without much effort.

My selection is on Carolina over Vegas at 8 pm et on Tuesday.
The Hurricanes dropped a wild 5-4 double-overtime decision on Saturday to fall behind 2-1 in this series. I look for them to answer back on Tuesday, noting that they have lost consecutive games just once dating all the way back to January 4th with that coming during a two-game slide on January 12th and 13th. The Canes have certainly been road warriors this season, going 30-18 while outscoring opponents by an average margin of 0.7 goals. We'll likely see Carolina make a change in the crease after Brandon Bussi was excellent in relief of Frederik Andersen in Game 3. I think that change might be just what the Canes need to help even this series up at two games apiece heading back to Carolina. Take Carolina (8*).

For my best free pick on the board here for Tuesday, I am looking at the Golden State Valkyries hosting the Phoenix Mercury. I am a big Golden State guy, but more so when they are on the road, getting points, not giving multiple possessions. Mercury have had a rough start to the season, including getting blown out by this team late last month, so a chance at some quick revenge here tonight. Mercury only 1 cover in the last 5 games, I think, has given us some nice value here.
Play on the Phoenix Mercury plus the points rotation #615
