The pace wasn't there for as high-scoring of a game as we saw in the opener of this series. Both teams quite simply shot the lights out but I expect a different story to unfold in Game 2 on Wednesday. Note that the 'under' is 29-26 in the Pacers last 55 games following consecutive ATS wins including 9-8 in that situation this season. The 'under' is also 10-7 in Indiana's last 17 contests following an ATS victory but SU loss on the road including 2-0 this season. Meanwhile, the 'under' is 70-61 in the Knicks last 131 games with the total set at 220 points or higher including a 29-17 record this season. The 'under' is also 31-24 in New York's last 55 contests as a home favorite of six points or less including a 9-7 mark this season. Take the under.

Game 1 of this series saw the New York Knicks prevail at home in Madison Square Garden, 121-117. Let's skip over the fact there were several calls that went against the Indiana Pacers. Sometimes that would be enough for me to follow a team like in Indiana in a Game 2. New York also hit a whopping 65.0% from the field, which includes 63.6% from downtown in the second half of the series-opener. To be honest it's going to be hard for them to duplicate that performance. And once again, that would compel me to take the other side in the following game. However, the number is a little bit lower than it was in the opener and I feel the Knicks know they have their hands full with the Pacers and after tonight's matchup they travel to Indiana and play on the road. That changes things a lot.  As of this morning, I see most of the general public coming in on the underdog here. That's why the line went down another half-point. Everything is telling us to go with Indiana. But I think we can all agree, sometimes things that look too good to be true, usually are.  New York still won eight of their last 10 coming into tonight's contest. Granted, they haven't covered too many of those games, but I do feel they will get the win and cover tonight. Take New York. Thank you.
