DePaul Blue Demons vs. Georgetown Hoyas

Wed, Feb 27 ’19, 7:00 PM ET

1* Free NCAAB Pick on Georgetown/DePaul UNDER 158

The books have completely missed the mark here with this total. There’s no denying these are two below average defensive teams, but the number has been inflated because of it. It’s been a trend of late for both teams, as the UNDER is 5-3 in DePaul’s last 8 and 5-2 in Georgetown’s last 7.

In the last 14 meetings between these two teams, only once have they combined for more than the number here and the UNDER has cashed in 6 of the last 7 meetings when they face off in Georgetown.

Both these teams failed to cover in their most recent game and both have a strong tendency to go UNDER after not playing up to expectations. UNDER is 25-10-1 in the Blue Demons last 36 following a ATS loss and 20-6 in the Hoyas last 26 off a non-cover.

DePaul has allowed each of their last 2 opponents to shoot 50% or better, which is another good sign for a low-scoring game.

UNDER is 32-16 in their last 48 after giving up 50% or better in 2 straight. UNDER is also 16-6 in the Blue Demons last 22 off a conference loss by 10 or more and 30-14 in the Hoyas last 44 of a road loss by 10 or more.

Pick: UNDER 158 (-109)

Richmond Spiders vs. George Mason Patriots

Wed, Feb 27 ’19, 7:00 PM ET

The Spiders took out George Mason by DDs as 3-point road chalk three weeks ago and now Im betting the Spiders day of reckoning is at hand vs a revenge minded Patriots team.

George Mason started that game slowly but had a 15-0 run in the 2nd half and came close to coming back before fading late.

Im betting they will come out on fire here and push the pace, vs a methodical Richmond team that ranks 276th in adjusted tempo.

It must also be noted that the Pats are 53-5-1 ATS in SU revenge victories, and an amazing 23-1 ATS when playing with 3 or more days of rest under those perimeters.

Meanwhile, the Spiders have not had a a lot of success here recently and 1-6 ATS L/7 visits .

In A-10 play, Mason is third in the league in rebounding margin (+2.9). The Patriots have only been outrebounded in one of the previous six contests.

CBB Favorites of 3.5 to 9.5 points (GEORGE MASON) – after being beaten by the spread by 36 or more points total in their last five games against opponent after going over the total by 24 or more points total in their last three games are 42-19 ATS L/5 seasons for a 69% conversion rate for bettors.

Pick: George Mason -5.5 (-104) at Bookmaker

Texas Longhorns vs. Baylor Bears

Wed, Feb 27 ’19, 9:00 PM ET

The Bears are 5-0 at home vs teams ranked 20 to 50 in the RPI scale and Texas is 1-3 on the road vs top 50 teams and have failed to cover 5 of 7 on Wednesdays.

In the series the Longhorns are 3-8 straight up and ats.

Baylor is 8-0 ats with 3+ days rest and have covered 4 of 5 with same season revenge for a loss of 12 or more.

The Bears have covered 8 of 10 off a spread loss.

Look for Baylor to serve up revenge.

Pick: Baylor -4.5 (-105) at Bookmaker

Louisville Cardinals vs. Boston College Eagles

Wed, Feb 27 ’19, 9:00 PM ET

Both off clubs are off of a pair of losses. Louisville is one of the bubble’ teams while Boston College will struggled to end about .500.

The Eagles are 3-8 ATS at home while Louisville is 7-3 ATS on road but BC 4-0 ATS last four meetings.

The Cardinals are 10-3-1 ATS after an ATS loss but have lost five of seven.

Take the points.

Pick: Boston College +5.5 (-109) at GTBets
