Premium Picks FAQ

Below are frequently asked questions about confidently buying picks and other related information pertaining to using the premium picks section of Sports Capper Island.

1. Visit the premium picks section (or a specific handicapper’s profile page) to find a single pick, package or subscription you’re interested in purchasing.

2. Click the Buy Now green button to add the specific pick, package or subscription to your accounts shopping cart.

Note: You’ll be prompted to login (if not logged in) or to create an account (if it’s your first time) during the process.

3. Proceed with the payment process to purchase your selection. (Payment options include secure Credit/Debit Card and Paypal transactions).

Note: The charge is only for the selection you choose. There are never any recurring charges.

4. View your pick(s) in your account. Click the View Your Picks button at the bottom of the confirmation page. Picks are also sent via email. You can login to your account at any time to view your picks.

At least 30 minutes before game time. Exact release times vary by handicapper.

Your subscription is active. Your handicapper has not yet released his picks. You will receive them as soon as they become available. Your subscription extends for each day picks are not released.

If your initial selection does not profit, you will be given site credit equal to the amount of your purchase. For more info, refer to the guarantee policy page.

The guarantee begins the morning after a losing pick, package, or subscription. Picks may not be available immediately. You will receive notification via email. If you have opted-out of email notifications, you must login to check for picks.

Packages include a single pick or a set of picks. Subscriptions include all picks released for the time frame listed.
